Security Alarm Maintenance Contracts

Broadland Security Alarms offer two levels of maintenance contract.

Standard Maintenance

This covers you for the following:

  • Our engineers being on call for you 24/7, 365 days a year
  • Cheaper labour rates should you ever require an engineer to attend
  • One scheduled visit per year (two for a monitored system) to give a thorough inspection of the system, covering the following:
    • Test every device to ensure they detect a would-be intruder.
    • Ensure the battery back-up has enough power to function in the event of a power cut
    • Test the external and internal sounders
    • Test any complimentary devices such as a speech dialler or signalling device
    • The cost of monitoring your alarm system 24 hours a day and 365 days a year (for remote signalled systems only)

Fully Comprehensive

This covers you for the following:

  • Everything covered in standard maintenance
  • All parts and labour for any faults not caused by improper use, malicious damage or that which would be covered by your insurance (i.e. flood / fire damage)

Free Surveys

BSA provide free no-obligation surveys to all potential customers that are looking to improve their security arrangements. We will conduct any necessary tests to ensure that any system we put in place will work to its full capabilities.

We have a demonstration facility at our Lowestoft office for those that want to see a working example of the equipment we are recommending.

Once we have agreed on the specification we will send you a quote tailored to your requirements.

If you would like a quotation, BSA will conduct a free survey at your property where we will discuss your requirements. We will then tailor our quotation according to the type of property you have and your individual needs.
